ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Subject to the terms, conditions and Disclaimers below, Reflection International Inc. (the “Company”) hereby warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that, should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with a reconditioned product (at the Company’s option). This Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or defacement of the factory serial number/bar code label(s). The opinion of the Company with respect to this matter shall be final.

THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. ANY ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WHATSOEVER.

No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

WIND DISCLAIMER

Above® Umbrellas are tested for endurance and durability, however the Company strongly recommends that no umbrella should be left in the open position when not in use. Although some of our umbrellas have a feature for automatic closure during high winds, the Company suggests that users still monitor their umbrellas and close them during high wind conditions. Doing so will reduce the risk of damage to your umbrella, surrounding objects and properties. Please use a sufficient weighted base to keep your umbrella secure at all times. Read and follow all steps in the instruction manual.

RUST DISCLAIMER:

Rust is a natural part of the aging process of all steel or iron-based materials and therefore is not considered a defect. Above® Umbrellas are designed for minimum maintenance.

DISCLAIMER:

Above® Umbrella warranties DO NOT COVER damage done to the umbrellas due to abuse or misuse of the products. Above® Umbrella warranties DO NOT COVER any damage occurred as a result of contact with the ground or any other foreign objects due to severe weather events or other extreme acts of nature.

SUNBRELLA® UPHOLSTERY FABRICS

Sunbrella® fabric is warranted only by Sunbrella® subject to Sunbrella®’s limited warranty policy. Sunbrella® Upholstery fabrics is covered by Sunbrellas® 5-year limited warranty from normal usage and exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications. These fabrics covers should withstand significant color fades and material rot under stable conditions. DURATA FABRICS

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DURATA™ FABRIC

Reflection International Inc. (“Reflection”) provides the following 3-year limited warranty to the original consumer buyer of an umbrella sold by Reflection with Durata™ fabric.

Reflection warrants the Durata™ fabric against the Durata™ fabric’s becoming unserviceable as a result of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot and atmospheric chemicals, if the fabric has been properly installed, cleaned, utilized and maintained. The 3-year limited warranty does not cover pilling or abrasion, normal wear and tear, including fading or stretching that does not rise to the level of a complete loss of color or strength, nor does it cover costs of labor and installation supplied by the dealer. The warranty also does not cover deterioration of any kind due to abusive use, improper installation, accidental burns, negligence, vandalism, perforations, or acts of God.

DURATION

The limited warranty lasts 3 years from the date of original consumer purchase.

WARRANTY SERVICE

In the event of a breach of the warranty provided above within the warranty period, Reflection will provide full replacement of new equivalent fabric at no charge, upon verification of the claim.

The Durata™ Fabric warranty gives customers specific legal rights and customers may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For maintaining your fabric in top condition, please follow these simple steps before storing:

Avoid the Washing Machine: Do not machine wash to prevent damage.
Spot Clean: Use mild soap with lukewarm water and a clean towel or sponge for stains.
Prepare Solution: Mix 1/4 cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water.
Apply & Soak: Spray the solution on stains and let it soak for 15 minutes.
Gentle Cleaning: Gently clean with a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid rubbing hard.
Rinse Well: Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
Air Dry: Allow the fabric to dry naturally.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use solvents, acidic, or alkali detergents, and steam cleaners.
Clean Before Storing: Ensure fabric is clean and dry to prevent mildew.
